If your 95 came with the Infinity sound systen then they are routed to the trunk beyween your rear speakers.

My question is how do I remove the covers to replace them

To remove the covers, you simply take a flathead and pop them out. The tweeters are mounted on the covers, well, really it's the other way around. If you don't have the infinity system, the wiring, or plug, should still be there, since they are all prewired from the factory. The wires are ran to the back where the stock amp is found....under the rear deck lid and in between the two 6x9s.

I used a tiny allen wrench to lift mine ... small enough to go in the grill.

I also replaced mine with Infinity Kappa Perfect tweets, but mine weren't stock anyway.

Then what are the green wires that remain used for? My stereo was stolen, and I am trying to save a buck and install a new one. I am lost on what wires go to , I do have the front and rear speakers accounted for, and the accessory power, red striped, but as far as a Hotwire, all I have is blue, and no multimeter to check. Is the blue wire on my 97 the Hot constant for memory?

Blue is your main power that works with the ignition, I am going to run a new lead for my memory. one green is for illumination Ill double check them to night for you
I still have the head in my garage and it has the schematic on it.
I spent 6 hours last night ripping out my old infinity and installed my alpine with an electric cross-over and 3 amps it sounds much better now
