ok so i have changed my alternater and fuel pump this mounth but no when i stop at a stop light it idles real rough like goes down to like the third line from the zero mark. and when i try to go from a stoped postion it kinda slugish like it wont go. it bogs down. it even does it some time when im in park and rev it up.

this slugish mode you talk about.. i beleave mine is doing it too sorda.. well when cold usually cold, if i take off and drive for about 5 mins and come to a stop it will like shudder and the engine starts ruinning kinda rough and poopie... lol well if i hit the gas it stumbles on its face an i wont give it but half way then all the sudden it will power up and take off with power and be fine? usually only does it cold though then my engine light comes on and its codee 11 an 21..

i dont have my hanes manuel next to me but i will look up those codes since i changed my alternator my engine lite dosent come on but it still shudders. if im in a stoped postion and floor it it just like stops goes no where so like from a stoped postion i just barley tap the gas until around 25 mph while the car behind me are honking cuzz im goin so slow..

Who installed your fuel pump? The reason I ask is because the seal/gasket may not be seated right or may have ripped to cause low fuel pressure.
Also, when was the last time the EGR system was checked? Could be a clogged or blocked valve.
