how do i prep a silicone contaminated surface?

 

PPG made some stuff called Dt330. Its what i had to use when i did touch up work because of all the silicone dealers spray on car.Thinner should work just as well just have to be alittle more careful cause you can damage paint or clear coat if your touching up around existing paint.Im pretty sure you can find some equivalent at your local parts shop.
