Hey Joe, where is it coming in from? The seal or the window? The reason I ask is, after awhile, the window starts to "fall" down a bit and then the tight factory seal is no longer tight. You will have to remove the door panel and make sure your window is up because you will have to tighten all the nuts and bolts the hold the window to the frame. I ususally just tighten them all up...anything that I see. I would suggest a dab of thread locker too.
Once you're done with that, there are two or four holes towards the top of the door (viewable with the door panel off), you'll need to adjust those as you're raising your window up. This will take a bit of time since you can't just loosen them up, raise the window and be done with it. You will have to play with the window height. I suggest closing the door and raising the window, make it a tight seal, but not too tight or the window will get caught on the outer lip of that rubber seal, you'll see what I mean.
That's it, you've just stopped the metal on glass rattle whenever you close the door and you've tightened up the seal.
Hopefully it's only because the window has sagged and not a deteriorated door trim seal. Anyway, try that first and see if that works before buying a new trim.

Here's what I did...
Window rattle fix.
I also pulled the plastic back....easily!, and tightened all the bolts/nuts that are connected to the glass. Now, at the top of the door, there are openings or holes that you may need to loosen or tighten. These dictate how tight, or loose, the glass sits on the rubber seals, the ones that line the upper half of the door.

If you look at the pic... The red circles (lol) are where you adjust for the top portion of the window.
The blue blobs are where you find the bolts that hold the glass to the motor assembly. As you can see, you'll have to pull up on the plastic to get to the openings.
*Thanks to Redefined Rides for the pic btw*

Oh yeah, don't forget to use some sort of thread lock like Loctite or any equivalent. That will keep the nuts/bolts from backing out for quite some time if ever again....until you loosen them up again, but if you do, dab some more on them.
