Default factory recall

im entitled 2 thereplacement of my lower ball joints for free by the dealership even if i bought it from a used lot right since its a factory recall.....thanks

correct.....even tho i bought it from a used lot i am still entitled 2 the right 2 bring it 2 the dealership n have them replace the ball joints 4 free cuz it was a factory mess up ?

It doesnt matter where you bought the car or who you bought the car from. Recall repairs are mandatory, meaning they have to fix it regardless of where/how you bought the car. Now, that doesnt mean they are responsible for anything else that goes wrong......but if you have a recall repair that needs done, I'd be getting it done ASAP.

ok thanks thats what i thought.....yea im not driving it nemore just wanted 2 make sure b4 i call the dealership n tell them 2 replace sumthin that they dont have 2 replace haha....thanks again

You may have to go through DCX to get anything done for the recall though. I would try the dealership first and let them know that you'd like the recall item checked/serviced...get a name also , that way you still follow some sort of protcol and then they can't fuss too much about it by them telling you to contact your local dealership first.

Yup, you just have to call a dearlership and give them your VIN and they should be able to pull it up for you.
