You don't have to remove the dash to remove the tweeters, just pry up on the tweeter housing with a thin flathead and it will just pop off.
If you still need to remove the dash, look in the sticky section above this forum and you'll see a link to the FAQs that I posted awhile back on removing the dash.

 

Thank you got them changed out. Just put my Pioneer in there and noticed my door speakers are blown too! Would i just pry the covers off like tweeters?

 

Nope, youhave to take the door panels off for those.

They don't just pop off, you have to remove the nuts from under the rear deck, then remove the grill, then remove the screws that hold the speakers on...and then you can pop them off, lol.
