1) just about any gel cell
2)K&N
3)home brewed piping with K&N filter, lol
4)let a local shop put together a catback exhaust with a Magnaflow muffler (this will help keep pricing down)
5)SilverStars (brighter than stock, yet no blinding to oncoming traffic), no specific for fogs something matching in color will work though

These are only my opinion and there are other "best" brands out there. This is how I would do it though. BTW, this is pretty much my setup, except for the catback since I have a turboback with both a high flow cat and muffler by Magnaflow. Magnaflow does not drone even with this 4cylinder.

When u speak of the cat back exhaust are u reffering to the exile one with the magna flow??

Whats the difference in price from having ur own bent?

Not necessarily an Exile catback, just one put together by an local exhaust shop. Exile makes their catback just like any other shop, except Exile makes theirs specifically for an Avenger/Sebring. So, they have, literally a template for our cars.
A catback kit (such as Exile's) is a convenience because it's prefabbed/fitted for our cars and is a matter of waiting for it to come in, then installed. The downside to that is pricing. Where a catback put together by a local shop will/should cost you less and the bends are welded in there and wait time is that day. The downside is......you can't say you got it from Exile or some other online shop.
I respect Exile and my comments are not against them at all. I'm just stating that there are alternatives to getting things online or as a kit.

Hey Joe, I don't know if you noticed this, but the inlet is 2.25". I know you mentioned you wanted 2.5" piping, that's why I bring it up.
Oh and mine is similar to that one, with the exceptions of having a 3" inlet, with round tips and no angle to it. I'm sure I told you this already, but I have the magnaflow high flow cat too.
Mine is a little more "quiet" than my buddy who's got something similar to an N1 (Eclipse GS-T) and he has a resonator (no cat).

IMO, you'll like it, it's deep, it's not like a "Honda" tone and the Magnaflows don't drone while on the highway. It'll also be fairly quiet at idle...you'll hear it, but it won't drown you out if you happen to be talking to people around your car.
