New to the forum. Just bought a 1997 Avenger ES 2.5 100,000m Saftied and E-tested paid $3000.CAN Red in colour. Love the car just hate the turning radius.

I put 245/45/17 onmy stock 17 inch rims. When turning I get rubbing in the right turn only. There must be less room that way appose to the left. I am thinking of making some wheel spacer. Just wondering if anybody else had this problem and if so. Did they do anything to fix it. I am thinking of making up some 7.5-10 mm sapacer.
Also anybody now where to get some new door weather strippping cheap? (the rubber that seals the door window to the car is all gone and loud at hi speeds)
Also need a new door switch with the plug and some wire?

I also belong to the Lincoln LS Forum. http://www.lincolnvscadillac.com/vbp...view&g=901
That is my summer car. Im in the process of putting oem xenon lights on right now

Soon to come:
tinted windows
remote starter with keyless entry and trunk
auto-dimming rearview mirror with compass and map lights
New headlights (guy before painted the backing blue)
upgrade factory speakers

p.s.The photo has a sebring rim on (its just the spare tire that it has)

wheel spacers are supposedly bad for the wheel bearing. not really recommended, but neither is a 245 on a 6.5" rim. the wheel bearing, being as expensive as they are.

Crap I just changed the oil on the weekend and noticed a little hole above the dip stick (where it enters at the bottom of the pan). So next oil change its going to be getting a new pan. Anybody on here already tackle this job?? If so how much did parts cost you? (Pan + gasket)And did you have to unbolt theexhaust to get it off? Thanx again
