im getting header for my 2.0L avenger, and also i wanna get a new cat converter. ive been told there are universal ones but i wanna get one made especially for 2.0L avengers. any ideas on websites or any tips??

got one on asec from Sroufe7. it was for the v6, not sure if it's the same mounting or not. good price, excellent fellow to deal with. he also makes the solid pipe in place of the flex for the v6, if anyone needs it. and... that is one sexy venge. nice job!

You can use a universal cat without issues. Just get one that has the correct in/out pipe size. If you really want a 420a specific, then the dealership has them too. The aftermarket ones are just as good though.

i dont wanna get my cat converter from dealership cuz here in Yellowknife, NWT, the dodge dealership is a rip off.
and i wanna get an after market one, im getting Pacesetter header too, so that might increase my horsepower, do u think that getting a new aftermarket cat converter will increase power?? sound???

power, yes. minimal on this engine. i doubt you will notice. i didn't notice a difference in sound because it was at the same time as the downpipe was replaced by necessity. didn't seem any different from a bone stock with the same setup.
