its an 89 daytona es, but everything on the car is an 88' shelby z(except the vin something to do with the owner before me). i would love to buy this car but alas i am broke.

how i know, when i owned the car i took many(and i mean many) pics of the car inside and out. so when my friend showed me the add i looked at my pics and the pics the guy posted and sure enough. plus thats the radio i installed.

some body want to lend me $500 to get the car back... lol

well my friend and i were pooling money together(i told him i'd pay him back for what he threw in) and he pretty much stabbed me in the back. now i have to find something to trade him and no i'd never sell my truck!!! not even for $10mil!

-97 Saturn SC2, 88k, 5spd, turbo'd. Wrecked, sold for $400. Ran into the guy that bought it from me over a year later who said he fixed the front end and sold it to some kid for $2000.
-85 Toyota Camry, 324k, auto. Sold for $100 to some old lady in my old trailer park who was still driving it last I talked to her.
-94 Nissan Maxima, 167k, few bolt-ons + 50 shot wet, auto. Transmission went out, sold for $300. Don't know its fate.
-97 Saturn SC1, 197k, rebuilt DOHC swap, 5spd. Let my friend Mark borrow it, he totalled it.
-93 Chevy S10, 223k. Low-miles 350 SBC swap, 5spd. Rolled four times down a hill. Parted out.
-86 Dodge Daytona Turbo Z, 112k miles, 5spd. T-boned by a Toyota 4Runner.
-93 Eagle Talon, 250k, 5spd. rebuilt engine w/ some bolt-ons. Sold.
-91 Isuzu Impulse, 172k, 5spd, needed a LOT of work. Never finished this project, ended up selling it.
-90 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX, 195k, auto. No title and needed a trans, but the engine is fresh rebuilt w/ forged rods, pistons, and crank. Still have the engine, junked the rest of the car. Looking for a nice shell to put it in.
-92 Dodge Dakota, 203k, auto. Lots of plans for this one, starting with body work.

i've owned 6(technically 7) cars in the last 2yrs. 5 dodge and 1 chevy. my truck was the first vehicle i had ever owned and it will be the last vehicle i ever own in my lifetime.
i have my 93 dakota
had:
82 chevy cavilier- owned for 6 days then it took a dump so i junked it
89 dodge caravan(10sec on the 1/4mi) hit a deer just north of wausau
91 caravan - was a family car till it started leaking oil everywhere
87 dodge shadow fun car but was to much for me so i sold it
88 dodge daytona shelby z(vin was an 89 daytona es) sold then sold by that guy to another who blew it up and sold it again.
and the 97(iirc) dakota which was t-boned and rolled down a hill on the way to the dmv/emissions center.

 

You had a 2.2 Turbo Caravan? Always wanted one of those.

Lol, your 97 Dakota met the same fate as my 93 S10. I was also on the way to the DMV, to get plates for it.
