we've been getting unreal amounts of snow all at once this year. each time it snows, its at least 10in. i havent plugged mine in all winter and its been starting fine. last week and the week before, we had near -40C temps with the windchill, and she started. hesitated and bitched a bit, but she started! *knock on wood* i havent gotten it stuck once yet this year. ive been plowing through snow hills, snow banks, snow piles, anything with snow pretty much and shes takin it with strides. mines on a 2WD too on that note. got some snow in the box, and shes unstoppable! its kinda unreal how these trucks get through way more than most 4x4's. and i dont even really have that great of tires on it either lol!

I totally agree with you about the weird weather, up by Alberta the weather is changing very rapidly. From about -20's to -30's to above 0 by a couple of days, we are definetly going to have some bad pot holes this year. We are already starting to see the signs, oh well. And lucky for you with your truck acting unstoppable I can surely say that mine is a little harder to start and drive in the winter even with the posi and tires on it. Though my truck tends to be a little torquey and wants to go so it makes it all much harder lol

Nice truck DarkNight, good pic.

T.C. -30's to 0, you must be talking about a Chinook Anyone who is not from Alberta has no clue what that is and how the weather works there. (born and raised in Calgary)

I don't think it is a chinook, cause we don't get as much as calgary, up here in edmonton. Not even close. Though during the winter it varied in temp pretty bad and we are sure feeling it when we drive, "pot-hole city" Though since yesterday it starting to warm up and truly feels like spring for once, lets hope it does not go back to winter. Also another wierd thing is that we had more wind hitting us in the east, which is very rare where we live. So I blame Ontario and Sask for it.
