I want to put overload springs[steel ] on my 93 dakota but it says not for use in vehicles with rear proportioning valve. How can I tell if i have one on my truck? thanks in advance!

 

Underneath the rear on the drivers side frame rail almost directly above the rear axle. Follow the brake hose coming off the rear axle it'll either go to a block looking deal or just to the brake line going to the front.
