96 In Shape
Just installed a new radiator, water pump, double roller timing chain with chain tensioner and sea foamed my 96 Dakota 4X4 that has 93 thousand miles and no leaks in the differentials, transfer case or automatic transmission. Got tired of a weepy radiator and chain noise. Solid truck. Smooth idle. Love this truck!
Nice! Hope it treats you well. I always try to convince people that these trucks don't deserve the stigma that Dodges get.
I mean, my frame rotted out, (so maybe they do deserve a stigma), but all trucks rust out eventually. My dad's '02 Silverado isn't looking too hot, and we all know the Tacoma's record on frame corrosion. But other than that, I think Dodge did a bang up job with them.
