1994 Dakota blower motor replacement

My blower motor died and took off half the dash but still can't get to it. Does anyone have a video or good diagram to complete the task?

The 1995 FSM is in the FAQ as a download link; you can try there for the diagram.

But to make it easier, I extracted the page that describes it and attached it to here.
