Did this fall down from the heavens, get blown in by the wind, or fall from the dash? Don't know what it could be. One end looks to be a solid, clear epoxy. It may come apart, I tried pulling but must be stuck. One side looks like a flat, metal blade surrounded in a clear epoxy. The other end is hollow, with what looks like a pair of teeny, weeny metal electrical contacts deep down inside.

If it wasn't so big I'd venture a guess at old hearing aid part? Otherwise I got nothing, it doesn't look like anything I've run across in my truck before.
