Pressing torsion bar out of lower control arm
Hey all,
I am rebuilding my lower control arms. However I ran into a road block, I had a hard time getting the torsion bars out. Hammer isn't cutting it. Only deforming them to the point where I actually chipped a small piece off.
I got them out, however I have 2 questions.
Where can I get the pins that stop the torsion bar from going forward?
It seems like the lower control arms were painted red, and the torsion bars were painted green. Is this factory?
Thanks again.

The paint that your seeing are most likely just paint marks from the assembly line as for the torsion bar pins I'm not sure where you could find them off hand maybe rockauto or copart would be a good place to look.
