89 Dakota....... Are there any front wheel well liner replacements available? I don't expect exact fit, but something that will work?

If you have the old ones and you have a rubber place that makes industrial hoses nearby... The one near me has all sorts of rolls of rubber and plastic sheet goods. IDK that you would get the same materiel but you could get something that will handle the road grime and the wear. Then you could use the old one as a pattern.
I mention rubber hoses because rubber is in the name of the place near me. IDK if that is common in the field or not.

 

If the wheel wells themselves are damaged, you could always hire a welder to help you.
