I found the problem, started stripping back the wiring harness and found a spot with some terribly corroded wires. Looks like someone twisted and tapped together the ac clutch contact input, the starter contact input and the B fuse… now to figure out where the ac clutch contact input belongs and how they are supposed to be connected!
