Default Dimensions of 15 gal and 22gal gas tanks?

I have a 94 Dak, 4x4, Auto, SLT, 22 gal gas tank.
Has anybody tried a 2nd fuel tank on the right side of the drive line ? It's narrower than the stock location. The 15 gal tank is just shorter than the 22 gal? Not 2in narrower ? I probably need to look around for a skinny tank. When I was under looking at the fuel tank, I neglected to write the measurements on my forehead(hand).
And then, move the exhaust up over the top of the drive line. I have a 2-chamber and a 1-chamber flowmaster-type muffler to replace my original keg-type holy muffler.
If I moved the exhaust , I probably wont have room for this
its 17x23 and uses barbed connections, I was hoping to use hardline from Transmission to the cooler. It will depend on how much vibration and movement between the tranny and cooler. If its a short distance like crossing to the frame, then I would use a crimped on hose. If the tranny will move more than a 1/4 in then it will probably need a flexible join.

this fan is from a 93 volvo 960, I think its 2 speed, it covers that whole thing. but, I think, Ill be out of room under the bed. probably have to leave it in front of the radiator. where one of these is residing now.
