The widest wheels possible
I;m new to this forum as Ijust bought a 93 Dakota Sport 2wd, and frankly, its riding on hideous pizza cutter wheels that I hate. I'm a muscle car guy and I'd like to stay with a 15 inch wheel. I'd like to put 15x7s with 235 tires on itand I'm just wondering if that will fill it out enough or will I have to go wider, or thinner. What's everyone got on their rides so I can compare. Any and all suggestions welcome. Thanks guys.
Only alteration i did was cut 1.5 coils off the front and put 3" blocks on the rear. I think the wheels would stick out about 1/4" in the front as well as the rear but the camber makes them sit even. I drive so little that I dont really wear out tires though. But the sticking out can be fixed by getting the correct offset wheels
The only reason I got the ones with the wrong offsett is because they were free. But even is they set in another full inch they wouldnt rub even with the lowering.

Aw man, that means I actually have to do some work and measure my rims. That's a drag.
