I would take a turbo outta a shadow or daytona. and just hook it up. I dunno how you tune your engine for it though.

well turbosare my field.to start with you would need to start with turbo engine, that would make things a lot easier.you can turbo a non turbo engine but the work involved is too costly than to find a turbo engine to start with.best bet find a turbo car for all your needs(88 and newer daytona, lancer, leberon, spirit etc)you will need to swap the engine harness from the car to the truck.this is not an easy task but can be done.this is not a project for the beginer.the best cars to use are the turbo 2 cars they have the best engine controllers to run the engines with.you will need to upgrade the fuel system to higher volume and pressure.adding an intercooler would be easy with the additional room the daks have.a lot of mods would be involved in this build but it depends on how much work/money you want to put in it.on the tuning of the engine the stock car turbo controllers will work and the rest can be done with adjusting fuel pressure and controllong boost.are you ready for a lot of work to make 200 to 225 hp. i think it would be easier to swap a 5.2 in,but then again you would have the only turbo dak in you area.
