i hav a 93 dakota 318 fi 3 spd o/d it runs good at idle and reving it up, in morning fine then like 3mi and it bucks when u lightly touch the pedal, u floor it ,it will hesitate kicing in and out

and now trying fuel filter need help cause its suckin gas down at its $318 a gallon.
