maybe i should have been clearer, if i leave the key on and walk uo to the engine compartment and put my ear by the pcm, i can hear the humming noise from the pcm , and it'll stay humming until i go and turn off the key.

check your ground wires, i had the same problem so i checked the ground on the back of my motor, they where loose. corrected that she fired right up. Just a try might your problem 2.
