Default 96 Dakota Keeps overheating help!

I have a 1996 Dakota that keeps overheating. I have been putting water and coolant 50/50 in the Radiator, and there is a leak at the bottom of the radiator.

Since the weather is getting hotter, the problem is getting worse..

The water pump is only about 2 yrs old,

What are some of the things that I can check to see why it’s leaking?

Is it possible that the Radiator its self has a leak?

If so how much do they run?

Thanks for your help in advance; I’m not too good when it comes to car mechanics

Tim

If your radiator is leaking the it is time to get a new one. If i remember right my radiator was between 120 and 150 bucks and pretty easy to change out. you may want to go ahead and do the thermostat while you are at it.
