has fresh tranny when you go to accelerate it kinda bogs like it isn't getting enough gas. If you press the gas pedal when it is in park or nuetral it revs up normal.

Try some injector cleaner in the tank and spray the injectors with brake/parts clean(Yes, it is bad for extended use, but here and there it will not affect it)

If that doesn't work, maybe the fuel pump is close to taking a dump.

Does this usually only happen after starting the engine? I have a similar situation. Right after turning on the engine and going in gear, when I press on the gas, it will bog down (no power, and keeping on the gas only seems to make it weaker and run worse). I let off the gas for a few seconds, and usually it clears right off. Although, a few times lately, I've had to let off the gas about 2 times in a row before it will clear up (and the problem seems to be occuring more often, used to be maybe once a month, if that, its done it like 3 times in the last month).
New wires, spark plugs, distributor cap and rotor look good, fresh fuel... haven't reall looked into it though (sorry), but if it starts occuring more often, I'll have to (not being able to accelerate can be a safety hazard).

I don't think so, in my case at least, because this can happen right after starting it up (engine cold), so the PCM doesn't even listen to the O2's.
