Default Fuel Pump replacement

I know it hasnt come down to it yet, but I am looking for either a used fuel pump or a replacement for the pump itself within the housing. Does anyone know what is a direct fit for a 91 dakota with the 2.5L engine,or what is interchangeable within the dodge family?

All help is appreciated

Default RE: Fuel Pump replacement

I dont know what would work for the pump alone! But I would suggest just to buy the hole assembaly from a parts store. Autozone has it listed for $175. I know it sounds high, but it is important to get a new one. and having a new fuel gauge would be good too. I bought mine from NAPA Im not to sure if I trust autozone for something this important. I have bought one from the junkyard and it died on me in the middle of the freeway. DONT do my mistake get a new one the first time!
