87 carb adjustment

i have an 87, 3.9l carburated engine, does anyone know what tool is needed to adjust the air-fuel screws? also how much vacumn should i have going to the cannister on the computer?

Not sure on vaccum, but I think you just need an allen wrench (or hex key if you wanna call it that) to adjust the mixture.
