What would you do next? I have replaced the headlight switch and checked all the fuses in the fuse box. The only thing that works with the headlight switch is the dome light. Thanks for any suggestions.

 

Maybe fusable link? Looks like an 18 guage link (gray) near the left shock tower feeds fuses 5 (almost all lights), 6 (seat belt buzzer), 7 (horn relay/tach) and 8 (door locks)...if any of those are also dead, I'd look at the fuse link.
