360 in a Gen1 answers
I have a 90 dak with an la 360 with TBI and 518 trans I swapped the rad support, hood and grill/bumper from a 92 had to use aftermarket flex fan to clear the rad because the la water pump is longer than the magnum serpentine set up the crossmember needed to be notched to clear the pre magnum pan i used magnum exhust manifolds and 2.5 inch tru duels with crossover pipe and flowmaster knock off mufflers the 518 went in on the stock crossmember if you were to use a puusher elctric fan and the magnum water pump/timing chain cover set up I think you could get away with the early front end I have yet to encounter any over heating problems with it yet but the 90 360 is a low compression motor if anyone has any questions I'd be happy to help.
