Besides it self destructing like that, how were the performance gains?

Next to nil. Get the Mopar computer, probably give you better gains and for the same money to boot. And I'd bet it won't try to catch fire.

So I fired off another email midweek, and STILL no response. They have my email and my phone number. They haven't even tried to make excuses, or tell me to **** off, it's like they realize they're screwed and they're just ignoring me in hopes this will all disappear. Now I'm starting to get pissed off...

I say list the email address and phone number and we can flood their customer service with complaints. Emails coming from alot of people would be a little harder to ignore lol.

Their email and phone number is right on the site, or at least the so-called "customer service" ones are. customerservice@powerbyjet.com, 800-535-1161. I'm going to phone them up tomorrow at lunch, see if they even answer.

Well, they want me to send them the module and the computer. They still haven't replied to my emails, which included the pictures I took hoping I wouldn't have to send them parts...even their phone lines take a while to get through. Not at all happy with JET. Frankly, at this pointI'd recommend staying away from ANY product they sell.

This looks like the correct one. But I just wanted to make sure.

What year do you have? The one you listed is for a 92-93. just wanted to make sure. For me when I installed the per. comp. All I noticed at first is better throttle response and smoother idle. But now with several mods I pluged in my stock comp. and it feels so much slower. so to me it needs more mods to give you the best results, but it is deffently worth it even with little or no mods.
