just a fantasy question, Would it be posiable to fit a BB 426 HEMI in my baby dak?

I probly wont do it, i have a 360 block at the machine shop getting punched 60 over and a few parts on there way for it, but i just thought it would be fun to do with my other dak...

also, does anyone know where the hell i can find a bellhousing for a Tremec T56? i have been searching for weeks for one..... i may just have to stick with dodges stock 5 speed untill i can get a TKO or T56 to fit in....

You can get anything to fit, it's a matter of fabricating the engine bay. It would probably fit just fine.


But for the price of a 426 Hemi, you could get something bigger and better for cheaper.

Well, i think for now i will stick with the 360/400 block for now, it has eaten a lot of my money over the last month..... i cant really affoard another prodject vehical

 

Hey they have put a 440 in dak so why not a 426

 

I get asked all Summer long if mine has a Hemi, too many of those goofy commercials. It'd be fun to say it, but it gets annoying to hear it after awhile.

 

i have been wondering about the t56 too, i know the viper/srt10 engine was based of of that LA block, so mabey they will bolt up. both of them have a t56...

 

That would be one heavy SOB sitting on the front T bars.

As for the T56, i really dont know if the SRT10 block will fit...... i will have to look into that. Although i know for a fact that there is a bellhousing for the TKO.. but thats only a 5 speed

like i said, the whole BB thing was just really a fantiacy, i just got some of the parts in for the build, like a stroker kit it should push it to a little over a 400...

Oh, and my bad with the first post, ment to say getting punched out 30 over.....
