Default Dakota Headlights

I'm sick of not being able to see at night... I need new headlights and prefer not have the stock ones again... anyone know of any projector style ones so something better then the stock?

the headlights on my 96 kinda sucked...so i went to pepboys and grabed a cheap pair of fog/driving lights and they do a great job. heres pics, i just mounted them, havent drilled a hole for the wires yet, but the first, second, and last pics have the lights in them...

BTW..the lights come with all wiring and hardware needed, including an interior switch.

Ya I agree I just got one of those kits still need to do all the wiring myself and find a hole in the firewall to put the wires through... I got a illimnated switch instead of the one that came with the kit too.

the one that came with the kit is illuminated..and i put the wires through the driver side door, u run the wires right up by the washer fluid resivoir (on my 96)..then to the rubber hose that is in between the door and the cab that covers the other wires, i cut a tiny hole in it and ran the wires through that into the cab, then up around the steering column and into the ash tray after i took out the metal part cause i dont smoke, instead of mounting the switch, im pleased with them and i like the look.

this way theres no drilling through thw firewall [sm=badidea.gif] but still is very affective and the wires wont get crimped or cut in the door [sm=groupwave.gif]

Or you can push the wires through a rubber garmet thats is already there. For example for my KC lights and eletric fans and alarm wires I cut a small hole right where the speedo cable goes trough. When done I just use a little sylicone to make sure its all sealed up. easyer then drilling. You can always buy the white light bulbs too. Some states they are illigal to use.
