Default Rear end ratio for towing capacity

I have a 1995 Dakota SLT extended cab 4x4 and 318 V-8 Magnum. I am trying to find out what I can haul. The manual gives 2 axel ratios and load capacities. I am assuming I have the lower weight now of 9000 I believe. I cannot find anything on my door panel tag which states what my rearend ratio is. Is there someplace on my truck which would carry this info?

There is a tag on your rear differential cover that will tell you what your gear ratio is if its not there you most likley have the 3.91 gear set but im not sure so the best thing you could do maybe is count the teeth on the ring/pinion gears then some simple math of

Look at the sticker under the hood. Mine is on the hood itself. I think the 3.91's came almost exclusive in the 4 cyls trucks and almost all V8/auto 4x4's came with 3.55's.

Ya under the hood.Or just raise up one wheel and count the number of times the driveshaft turns when you turn the wheel 1 complete turn.
