Default Headlight Buzzer question

I have a 1995 Dodge Dakota and there is a buzzer for the seat belt when it starts up, but I do not hear a buzzer for the Headlights if the door is open. Is there one? I have checked the usual fuses. How would I make it work?

now this is not the exact fuse block for your 95 its for a 90 i think but all most the same,as u can see the seat belt buzzer module is what is either broke or someone took it out. The previous owner of mine took it out so just go to the dealer and it will cost like $10-20
