Default seat belt recoil

Does anyone else have problems with their SeatBelts not recoiling properly? I have a 1995 and the seat belts I have to manually feed back into the wind up thing.

Thoughts?

I have the exact same problem. If I'm not careful I'll slam the clip in the door. The passenger side belt clip is aready bent because of it. I haven't taken it apart yet to look at it (too many other things to fix). Anyone have a solution?
