Sport had similar to the LE, I believe and the sticker deal on it.

LE's were more of a basic package

SLT's were top of the line, loaded.

me three!

I was wondering about the placement of the lettering on the tailgate and when they got moved around.
My "DODGE" lettering is in the upper left corner, but I don't see many like that. I have a report that only the Sports did that, but mine isn't a sport it's and SLT... We also estimate that mine has been in a rear-end collision before I got it, but have no major evidence to back it up.
The curiosity is getting me...

My 1996 SLT has "Dodge" on the upper left of the tailgate, and "4x4" on the upper right.

94-up SLT was the fully loaded.
93-down LE was the fully loaded. Power everything! Thats what I got!
The sports came with the painted bumpers and grills. All others had crome.

Im not to sure But I belive all sports were v6s but I may be wrong!

True that! Where are my leather seats, navigation system (actually, I just bought a TomTom) and power seats?
Of course, I've got power windows, mirrors, A/C, auto trans... more than would be in a truck from 20 years before that.

1996s had the Dodge in the corner
1995s had the Dodge strip on the bottom of the tailgate
1994-1991 had the Dodge made in the tailgate
