'91 dakota
got a locked up brake on my right rear drum
tried to retract shoes by star adjustment ....still stuck
star will not move any further..i'm breaking nibs off
i'm thinking shoe's are welded to drum &/or wore a groove in drum i can't get past
any suggestions on how i can get the drum off ?
