I started with a body lift with my 94 dakota. At that time i had 31s which fit with ease.

Hey Redman, your 95 sounds a lot like my 96. But I can never find a lift kit. I wonder if its the air bag difference. You have air bags? And let me know how that lift works out. Beware of the fan, make sure it has plenty of room before you crank it after the lift. You might have to go electric.

yeah i have a driver side air bag, ive checked with everything and for a 2 in" all u need to do is extend the tranny linkage. go to performanceaccessories.com and check out the body lift, trailmaster has a 4" suspension lift but i heard it sucks from that guy with the 88 dakota. have u ever heard of cranking your torsion bars to lift the front end? how much lift do u think i could get out of that?

I think you should be able to fit 31x10.50 but if you go any bigger you might rub

They say you can get a 1 1/2 inches out but they recomend that you only do it an inch or your cv joints start having problems

I cranked my torsion bars and got about an inch or so on both sides. I have 30x9.50R/15 on right now, but could probably fit 31's on there. With the body lift, I'd say at least 32's with ease.
