Damn Fox you did! LOL
Well the weld that is required is the shifter shaft. You can take it off and take it to a muffler shop to get welded if you needed to. There is a spacer that is incuded in the kit. Other than that no other welding. The picture is miss leading. There are no bumber brackets. There are not avaible to buy extra ethier. You can just unbolt yours and drill new holes on the bracket. This will have to be done for both bumbers. It can be done later too. It will just look weird untill you do it.
A good way to do insallation is take off all bolts on one side andon the other loosen but dont take them completely out. Then get a jack and a 4x4 block of wood and jack up the cab just enough to slide the spacers underneth. The fan shroud will need to modified just like Fox said. Just make a small spacer bracket to move the shroud 2in down. And watch for fuel lines and brake lines. They willflex enough, but make sure there are no brackets holding them down to where they cant flex. And follow the instructions that are incuded and your good. I dont know if you know, but one great benift of doing this lift kit is more engine space. The distruter is so much easyer to get to, along with engine+tranny bolts. Good Luck!!
