Default 95 Dakota

I have a Dakota with a 318 magnum motor . Small Comp Cam (.512 lift - 210/220 duration ) , cold air kit , 3:90 gears with Auburn Locker , Cloyes double roller timing chain , true dual exhaust with 2 chamber Flowmasters , ported throttle body , aftermarket shorty headers , and Transgo shift kit and I run a 275/60/15 tire . It doesn’t start pulling good till about 2800 rpms , but the factory computer sets the rev limit around 4800-5000 rpm . What can you do to help ?

i think ite the true dual set-up...ive heard they ruin your low end power.&amp\\;nbsp\\; i have the 318&amp\\;nbsp\\; magnum in my 96 and i have the stock exhaust system minus the muffler. i still feel the same way you do, it doesnt start pullin good till about 2800 or 3000 RPM, but i dont race and i have a light foot, every now and then i give it a little and i notice it.&amp\\;nbsp\\; but for everyday driving, i never get above 2K RPM.&lt\\;br&gt\\;

I have thought about getting the stock heads ported , and maybe adding an M1 intake , and 24 lb injectors , an electric fan
