i see on ebay these electric superchargers..did anyone waste their time with these it seems to be such a rip off

 

There was several posts on these. Yes they area waste of money. They may work for a 4cy. but deffintly not a v6 or v8.
You would be better off getting a leaf blower and hooking it up. If you do a search you can find a video where someone has done that with a dino set up. I think it was somewhere around 15hp or so.
