Ok found it. electronic control module fuse pellet open, isolation output missing or valve wiring shorted to ground. HTH

Zman, did you ever figure out what "electronic control module fuse pellet open, isolation output missing or valve wiring shorted to ground" meant? If you did, my '96 is throwing a code 13, "...phase lock loop failure".
WTH that means?
Any clues. Any body ?

I could not find any troubleshooting tips, but a fuse pellet is a fusible link IIRC.

95 dakota i have power to computer rear wheel abs only. i have a feeling thevalve is not working, brakes work great .
