Guys:
my second try posting this. My wife took the truck the other day to visit her mother, when she stopped the truck =, steam was pouring out from in under the hood. My father in law said that my radiator was shot. Is there a way I can tell for sure? ALso can i swap a 96 ram radiator in?? and how much work is that gonna be? Normally my in-law would give me a hand since he is a mechanic but hes away for a month. Thanks in advance.

Yes you can test it. Start it up and see wher the fuild is coming from. Find the exact spot. Now if you can find it after is warmed up. Get a uv light kit from any parts stores. You put the fuild in the raid. Then us e a black light to find the lead spot. If it is on the fins you can get it repaired. If you have a raid. repair shop in your town. If it is on the side you might be able get it fixed if it is not plastic. No the 96 ram wont work.
