Default Possessed truck doesn't run...

Well, truck WAS driving really well all the way to work, but as I pulling into the perimeter road I hit a mild bump and the engine stalled. Doesn't start any more. Can't get it to run at all. Tried jumping, as after a few attempts it stopped working- No dice. Had my new girlfriend's dad come out with his truck and pull it into the parking lot, where it lies dead now.

I think I can get it back to the house with my buddy's truck and trailer but I'm not sure. Gonna cost MUCHO DINERO to get it towed back as I work 35 minutes away from home here in the STL. Hopefully my repair guy will allow me to make payments on the bill.

All things aside, I think its safe to say that I should probably start saving up money to get my truck back up and running. It cranks but that's all....

Thoughts?? Any advise is helpful. I've already been suggested to clean the IAC but I cannot find the DIY article of that...

Have you checked for spark and fuel. There is a relay called ASD auto shut down realy. It controlles the computer. If that was not working no spark or fuel would be going to the engine. Is the fuel pump working. Unfortially there are alot of possibiltys. Try to check around and see what gets power and what doesnt. If the IAC was cloged you would just have idleing issuse. Have you tired to press the gas when trying to start it. If you did and it didnt start you elemated that as a problem.

always check spark and fuel first. but it does sound like a wire. when you hit the bump you lost major power. check the power wire (large red) that goes into the firewall. mine was rotted and i'm not the only guy that had that problem. there is a boot on the firewall, pull it back and check the red wire at the lower left, mine was deep green, water tends to pool there.
hope this helps, fwtc.
