Darknite2009 - where'd you get that brush guard, roll bar, and bench seat cover?! They're kick *** man!
Thank you... alot of the things i have done to Jane is ONE OFF. and more then likely is not really replicable but it would be neet to see it done on a larger scale. i am still working on some major modifications planned in the future.
in order:
the Westin bull bar on the front i found on craigslist. i dont know what it came off of. my best guess would be off a second gen dak or durango. or maybe a jeep. to be honest it could have come off anything with a frame distance similar to ours. i measured it when i found it and then bent and modified the brackets to work with my frontend. lol. I am a big believer in if it doesnt fit make it!
The light bar on my bed came off an 89' Dodge Dakota sport in my local u-pull it. it was my first junk yard run on this truck and i came across it in the last dodge line at the very back of the lot. so i removed them and bought them for $25 for the bars lights (which happen to be original to the bars) and all the plastics and hardware. it turned out that dodge offered them from the factory on specific sport model dakota's from 88-90 from what i have been told. the dont make them aftermarket unfortunately.
as to the leather seat covers they're NOT a bench seat cover its a 60-40 custom made by my mother and I custom modified them from genuine leather cowhide seat covers from a 2010 Camaro, to fit my trucks stock seats. the fold down arm rest is made of the cheaper leather seat covers with the dodge emblem cut and modified to fit the armrest.
