The only mods done by whoever had the truck before my parents bought it were the grille guard and cab spoiler at least that's all the guy told us. I did notice though that the light is on upside down on mine and the hole to put it in was shaped that way too.

Well since I never saw that one, I made my own, just cut and recessed a light in the tailgate.

Your right it is upside down. Maybe the light was added in as well as the tailgate.
