I just had to replace the water pump (which is what I just was making a rattling noise when the truck is cold) however I found out that it was the catalytic converter. SO.... I put a magnaflow cat and the Flowmaster duel exhaust from ebay on it. I also replaced the headliner took off and painted the wheel well moldings (literately washed out about 2lbs of dirt behind them) added a amp and sub from another project (already has a newer deck) then to top that off, I added an alarm with keyless entry. Next will be tinted windows, new outer beltline strips. Then I will eventually take it in for a repaint. The night picture makes the paint look much better than it is.
thats a very nice looking Dakota! I am also looking at tinting my windows on mine but I am undecided on how dark too go. I was wondering if anyone out there knows the tint % on the xtended cab windows....as I like that but at the places around here tell me I would have too take my side window covers off so they could check them and I refuse as I am not in the mood to buy more tape to put them back on and non the less take the old tape off the back of them... so if anyone out there knows what % they could you please let me know...thanks

Default Truck Pics

Hey all, from Cambridge, OH. I decided to add a few pictures. This is my truck, its been stting broke down for about 2 yrs, today was the first day its moved from its resting spot. After installing an oil pump, rear trans seal, complete rear brake job, fuel tank straps, new u-joints, rebuilding my transfer case shifter and various other items, i finally drove it around my property to make sure everything was working in order...

Its need a bath and some TLC, all that is coming though.

Painting the hood, cowl, mirrors, and top body line on fenders black tomorrow to match the front end. I need front springs and shocks badly, along with control arm bushings!
