Well funny story with those, they are actually 15" wheels from a 2015 honda civic. I bought the truck and it had wheels from a jeep wrangler, however they were too wide and rubbed on the fenders, so I found some Honda steelies on Craigslist then drilled the center bore a little bigger, then I slapped some shiny lugs and center caps on them to make them look nice.
Ingenuity. I like that. I have a similar wheel story - I bought a set of 17" 5 spoke aluminum Dodge Charger Alloys and tires and while the backs went on fine, the front wheel hub is too fat to clear the wheel center bore. So, I just ordered a steel 17" crown vic wheel and am going to try that out.
Here's my truck, 1989 Dakota Long Bed, 3.9 with Autobox. 118k miles and lived most of it's life in a garage. Bought it from the original owner just months before he passed away.
Looks pretty good! It's not too often you see the first gens intact with out some kind of restoration to the whole truck. I personally have not seen another 87-91 Dakota that was in good shape since I got mine. But that's why I like these little trucks, because you don't see too many of them around these days. Thus making them kind of a little oddity to look at

Thanks! I've always been fond of these trucks, I had a '92 Dakota Club Cab with a 5.2 Magnum and I loved that truck. Fast forward 25 years and this hardware store lumber getter fell into my lap. I'll be selling my F150 just to keep this one, it really drives well and I see lots of potential. Since the pic taken above, I've replaced the rear axle with a good used unit, removed the tool box, added Gabriel VST shocks and lowering blocks on the rear springs, and mounted up a set of 17" Dodge Charger Steelies.
