front brake question

Default front brake question

i bought the new rubbers that go in the caliper bolt holes.from advance auto parts.do i need the teflon bushings or are they built into the new rubber things i put in?thats all that the store had .and on my pads i bought(duralast #MKD 529) there is a metal bracket built on like a sqeal tab if i spelled that right but it for sure is not ITS TOO FAR FROM THE PAD ...which direction should it go .on top or bottom the pad fits either way????????????thanks

When You take off your old brake system look to see where it goes. If you post up some pics that would be best.
