I have a 95 Dakota with 3.9L and my heater fan doesn't work on the two lowest settings. I replaced the blower resistor block and that didn't make any differences.

What is my next step to figure this out? Thanks for your help!

 

either the switch or the circuit to the fan motor(wiring going into the resistor block) is bad
